I’ve been listening to this song for a while now but never noticed the line where The Game mentions Lupe Fiasco. In this unreleased song “Through My Eyes” ft. Mars, The Game says:

You wouldn’t be hearing this if it wasn’t for Lupe
He inspired what I wrote, bought his album today
And then I threw it in my car, let the CD play
‘You are superstars’ what the CD say.

Here is a dope interview with Big Tigger and Lupe Fiasco shortly after Barack Obama was elected President.

Lupe Fiasco’s big announcement on the 31st of October was that his upcoming and last album will be a 3 DISK CD! Now that’s some damn good news for us Lupe fans! Hopefully it will add up to a good 30 tracks. The first disk will be called “Everywhere,” the second “Nowhere” and the last disk is titled “Down Here.” If you paid attention, the first letters of each disk spell out E.N.D. thus the album title “LupE.N.D.”
